Competitors should allow 30 minutes beforehand to collect bibs and pins. On the day registration opens 1 hour before each event.

What are the race cut off times?
Cut off for last lap is 6:00pm
No walkers allowed in the 9K and 13.5K.

Can I race with a pram?
Prams are allowed in the 1k Family Walk/Run, Dog Walk and 4.5k events. Please note that prams are required to start at the back of the starting line of the event they wish to participate in.

It is a condition of entry that you read and accept the disclaimer and cancellation policy before entering the event.

Where does the money raised from the Run For Life go?
All money raised, after the costs of the actual event, go to Westside Community Care.

How do I find out how I am placed?
Results will appear online shortly after you pass the finish line. Results for late race day entrants may take a few hours to appear.
How do I register?
​Enter online and pay by credit card.

How do I get my race number?
Please collect your race bib and timing chip on the day from 12.30pm. Race numbers should be collected no later than 30 mins before your event.

What do I need to do once I’ve pre-registered?
All you have to do is pick up your race number and computer chip from the registration desk on race day. Safety pins and help with attaching your race number and computer chip will be available. Be there in time for a fun warm up. Then enjoy the run.

How do I get there?
Brookwater Golf & Country Club, 1 Tournament Dr, Brookwater QLD 4300
Brookwater is located just 30 minutes’ drive from the Brisbane CBD via the Western and Centenary Highway or Ipswich Road, Centenary Highway. From Brisbane CBD:
  1. Take either Milton Road in a southwest direction towards Toowong where it joins up with the Western Freeway & Centenary Highway, or head for Ipswich Road /Ipswich Motorway.
  2. Follow the road signage towards Springfield (M5).
  3. Drive past the Springfield Lakes and Springfield exits.
  4. Take exit 33, just past the Orion Shopping Centre (which is on your left hand side).
  5. Continue around the off ramp loop, turn left at the lights onto Sinnathamby Boulevard towards Brookwater/Redbank Plains.
  6. Continue along through lights and past the Caltex service station, at the roundabout turn right into Tournament Drive and follow through to the Brookwater Golf and Country Club car park.
  7. Entrance to Brookwater Golf & Country Club is via Tournament Drive.

Can I register on the day?
Yes. Online registrations are open until 30 mins before each event start time. Please note, late race day entrants may not be eligible for prizes.
